Diplomas and Memberships

ARAM Associate of the Royal Academy of Music in 1984 for recognition of services to music

LRAM Licentiate of the Royal Academy of Music in 1969 for piano teaching

FISM Fellow of the Independent Society of Musicians - Emeritus member.

Cert Ed Certificate in Education in 1976 at The University of Birmingham for the teaching of music in Secondary Schools.

Clifford was born in the UK, started to learn piano at the age of 5 and studied at the Birmingham Conservatoire, Royal Academy of Music, London and the Leningrad Conservatoire, now the St Petersburg Conservatoire in Russia.

He won many prizes and scholarships including the Beethoven prize and the Principal's special prize at the Royal Academy during which time he played on BBC Welsh Radio and TV. Since then he has played many solo piano recitals, well-received by both the public and critics

Concerts in London, Birmingham the Midlands, East Anglia, Home Counties and Salzburg.
